Powers of Authority to enter into agreements

8. Powers of Authority to enter into agreements



(1) The Authority, with the approval of the Minister and after consultation
with the Council, may enter into agreements with approved industry
associations.

(2) An agreement under subsection (1)-

   (a)  may contain such terms and conditions as are determined by the
        Authority; and

   (b)  may provide for the performance by an approved industry association of
        a function of the Authority or a function of the Registrar.
