56. Certain commissions illegal

An estate agent who has undertaken to sell a business shall not directly or
indirectly receive from any person who makes any loan or gives any
accommodation to a purchaser of the business to enable him to pay the whole or
any part of the purchase money for the business or any stock plant or
equipment sold therewith any commission or other consideration in relation to
the loan or accommodation and a person who makes any such loan or gives any
such accommodation shall not directly or indirectly pay any such commission or
other consideration to the estate agent.
