False representation to seller or prospective seller

47B. False representation to seller or prospective seller

An estate agent or agent's representative must not make a false representation
to a seller or prospective seller of real estate as to the agent's or
representative's estimate of the selling price of the real estate. Penalty:
200 penalty units.
