Further publication of requirement

45B. Further publication of requirement



(1) The Director must publish a requirement made under section 45 on an
Internet site maintained by the Director or the Authority as soon as is
practicable after notice of the making of the requirement is published in the
Government Gazette.

(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of a
requirement.
