As to displaying notice on places of business

39. As to displaying notice on places of business

Every licensed estate agent carrying on the business of an estate agent shall
paint or affix and keep painted or affixed on each place of business so as to
be easily read from outside-

   (a)  in the case of an estate agent other than a corporation-

   (i)  his name and description as a licensed estate agent; and

   (ii) if the business is not carried on in his own name, the name under
        which he or the partnership in which he is a partner is registered
        under the Business Names Act 1962; and







   (b)  in the case of an estate agent being a corporation-

   (i)  its name and description as a licensed estate agent;

   (ii) the name of every director of the corporation engaged in the estate
        agency work of the corporation who is a licensed estate agent and his
        description as a licensed estate agent; and

   (iii) if the business is not carried on in its own name, the name under
        which it is registered under the Business Names Act 1962.
