ESTATE AGENTS ACT 1980 - SECT 29A
Suspended and cancelled licences must be returned(1) If the Tribunal suspends or cancels a licence, the person to whom the licence was issued must return the licence to the Authority within the period specified by the Tribunal.
Penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2) If a licence is automatically suspended or cancelled under this Act, the person to whom the licence was issued must return the licence to the Authority within 7 days of becoming aware of the suspension or cancellation.
Penalty: 25 penalty units.
