24B. If details given in application or annual statement change

If, before a decision is made under section 21 to grant or refuse a licence or
while a licence is in force, a material change occurs in any of the details
provided in the application for the licence or in the last statement lodged
under section 23, the licensed estate agent must give the Authority written
details of the change within 14 days after the agent becomes aware of the
change. Penalty: 25 penalty units.
