Failure to comply with section 23

24A. Failure to comply with section 23



(1) If a licensed estate agent fails to comply with section 23, the Authority
must give the agent a written notice stating that unless the agent complies
with that section and also pays to the Authority the prescribed late payment
or lodgement fee by the date specified in the notice, the agent's licence will
be cancelled.

(2) The date specified in the notice must be at least 14 days after the date
on which the notice is given to the agent.

(3) If the agent has not complied with section 23 and paid the late payment or
lodgement fee by the date specified in the notice, the licence is
automatically cancelled.
