Conditions of licence

21A. Conditions of licence



(1) The Authority may-

   (a)  impose conditions that must be complied with before it grants a
        licence; and

   (b)  on granting a licence, impose conditions or restrictions on a licence;
        and

   (c)  at any time on the application of any person, or on its own
        initiative, impose conditions or restrictions on a licence or vary or
        revoke any of those conditions or restrictions.

(2) A licensee must comply with the conditions or restrictions on a licence.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.
