Provision of information for the purposes of this Act

20A. Provision of information for the purposes of this Act

For the purposes of determining compliance with this Act or for carrying out
the functions of the Authority or the Director under this Act-

   (a)  the Authority may disclose to the Director any information collected
        in the course of carrying out the Authority's functions under this
        Act; and

   (b)  the Director may disclose to the Authority any information collected
        in the course of carrying out the Director's functions under this Act;
        and

   (c)  the Director must disclose to the Authority the details of any
        successful claim made on the Fund in relation to an estate agent or an
        agent's representative.
