Licensing of corporations

15. Licensing of corporations



(1) Subject to this section, a corporation is not eligible to be granted an
estate agent's licence, or to hold or to continue to hold an estate agent's
licence, unless the corporation has a licensed estate agent acting as the
officer in effective control of its estate agency business.

(3) A corporation is not eligible to be granted an estate agent's licence if
any of its directors would be ineligible, under section 14(5), to be granted
an estate agent's licence as an individual.
