Agents' representatives

13. Agents' representatives



(1) Subject to this Act-

   (b)  a person shall not be or act as an agent's representative for any
        person who should be but is not the holder of an estate agent's
        licence.

(2) Nothing in this Act shall be construed as requiring any agent's
representative, so far as he performs for any licensed estate agent any of the
functions of an estate agent (other than managing the day to day operation of
an estate agency office) and is duly authorized to do so by that agent, to
hold an estate agent's licence under this Act.
