Director may approve registered education and training organisations

10A. Director may approve registered education and training organisations



(1) For the purposes of section 14 or 16, the Director may, by notice
published in the Government Gazette, approve a registered education and
training organisation to conduct a prescribed course of instruction or
examination.

(2) The Director may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, revoke an
approval made under subsection (1).



(3) An approval, or a revocation of an approval, takes effect on the date
notice of the approval or revocation is published in the Government Gazette,
or on any later date specified in the notice.

(4) In revoking the approval of an organisation, the Director may provide for
transitional arrangements to minimise the disruption caused to students as a
result of the revocation.
