Powers of Director to enter into agreements

10. Powers of Director to enter into agreements



(1) The Director, with the approval of the Minister and after consultation
with the Council, may enter into agreements with approved industry
associations.

(2) An agreement under subsection (1)-

   (a)  may contain such terms and conditions as are determined by the
        Director; and

   (b)  may provide for the performance by an approved industry association of
        a function of the Director (other than a function under section 56A).
