51. Original document rule abolished

The principles and rules of the common law that relate to the means of proving
the contents of documents are abolished. Note Section 182 of the Commonwealth
Act gives the provisions of Part 2.2 of the Commonwealth Act a wider
application in relation to Commonwealth records and certain Commonwealth
