FORM OF WRIT STATE OF VICTORIA To the Victorian Electoral Commission I request
that you cause- [here insert an election or elections as the case requires] to
be made according to the law of [here insert one Member of the Legislative

Members of the Legislative Assembly or Members of the Legislative Council to
serve in the Legislative Assembly or the Legislative Council as the case
requires.] I appoint the following dates for the purposes of the [election or
