Review of the Commission's decision

82A. Review of the Commission's decision



(1) Any person may apply to the Tribunal for review of the Commission's
decision under section 79 or 80 no later than noon on the next working day
after the Commission has advised the applicant of that decision.

(2) The Tribunal must, not later than 5 p.m. on the next working day after
receiving an application under subsection (1)-

   (a)  determine the application; or

   (b)  give the applicant and the Commission directions as to the changes
        required to obtain registration by the Commission.
