Notification of election

75. Notification of election

If an election is required to held under section 73, the Commission must
publicly advertise-

   (a)  that an election will be held; and

   (b)  the names of the candidates for the election and the order of the
        names of the candidates on the ballot-papers to be used in the
        election.
