ELECTORAL ACT 2002 - SECT 75

If an election is required to held under section 73, the Commission must publicly advertise—

        (a)     that an election will be held; and

        (b)     the names of the candidates for the election and the order of the names of the candidates on the ballot-papers to be used in the election.
