Rejection of nominations

70. Rejection of nominations

The Commission or election manager may only reject a nomination if-

   (a)  the nomination form has not been properly completed in accordance with
        section 69; or

   (b)  the deposit is not lodged with the nomination form in accordance with
        section 69; or

   (c)  the candidate is not enrolled to vote as at the close of the roll for
        the election; or

   (d)  the surname of the candidate specified under section 69 is not that
        under which the candidate is enrolled.
