55. De-registration of political party on failure to provide information and
documents

If a registered political party has failed to comply with a request under
section 52(2), the Commission must-

   (a)  de-register the political party; and

   (b)  give the person who was the registered officer of the political party
        immediately before its de-registration notice in writing of the
        de-registration; and

   (c)  publish a notice of the de-registration in the Government Gazette.
