Notice of objection

39. Notice of objection



(1) If an objection is made under section 38, the Commission must notify the
person whose enrolment is objected to of the objection.

(2) Notice under subsection (1)-

   (a)  must be in the prescribed form; and

   (b)  may be given to the person objected to by being posted to the person.
