ELECTORAL ACT 2002 - SECT 175
Institution of proceedings for offences(1) The Commission may institute legal proceedings against any person committing an offence against this Act.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the right of any person other than the Commission to institute proceedings in respect of any offence against this Act.
