ELECTORAL ACT 2002 - SECT 115
Use of electronic counting equipment(1) The election manager may use electronic counting equipment approved by the Commission to assist in the counting of votes at an election.
(2) The Commission may issue directions modifying the procedure specified in sections 113 and 114 to facilitate the use of electronic counting equipment.
