Election manual and guidelines

11. Election manual and guidelines



(1) The Commission must publish an election manual for the purposes of this
Act.

(2) The election manual must include directions issued by the Commission.

(3) The Commission may publish guidelines relating to the performance of its
responsibilities and functions and the exercise of its powers.
