9E. Operation of other laws

This Division is not intended to exclude or limit the operation of any law of
the State, or of any rule or regulation made under, or in pursuance of, such a
law, that makes provision for the examination of witnesses outside Australia
for the purpose of a proceeding in the State.

Division 1B-Examination of witnesses outside the State but within Australia
