Prohibited questions not to be published

41. Prohibited questions not to be published

It shall not be lawful for any person to print or publish any question or
inquiry which has been forbidden or disallowed by the court, or in respect to
which the court has warned the witness that he is not obliged to answer, and
which the court has further ordered shall not be published.
