Application of this Division

21H. Application of this Division



(1) This Division applies whether or not-



   (a)  an application proposed to be made to a legal aid body or Victoria
        Legal Aid is made; or



   (b)  a legal aid body, to which an application is made provides legal aid.

(2) Nothing in this Division applies to or in relation to any investigation of
or legal proceeding brought in respect of the giving of false information in
or in connexion with an application to a legal aid body for legal aid or to
Victoria Legal Aid for legal assistance under the Legal Aid Act 1978.
