21G. Disclosure of information etc. where applicant has died



(1) Where an applicant has died, a consent for the purposes of this Division
may be given by the legal personal representative or spouse of the deceased
applicant or a child of the deceased applicant.

(2) This Division shall cease to have any application at and from the time at
which there is no legal personal representative spouse or child of the
deceased applicant.
