Allowances to witnesses

21. Allowances to witnesses



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing a scale of
allowances to be paid to any witness or person required to produce documents
summoned under this Division for his travelling expenses and maintenance while
absent from his usual place of abode.
