Party may be ordered to allow inspection of realty or personalty

13. Party may be ordered to allow inspection of realty or personalty

Either party to a proceeding pending in the Supreme Court or the County Court
shall be at liberty to apply to the Court for an order for the inspection, by
himself or by any of his witnesses, of any real or personal property the
inspection of which may be material to the proper determination of the
question in dispute; and the Court may make an order upon such terms as to
costs and otherwise as the Court may direct.
