DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 - SECT 193
Who may be registered as a disability student?(1) Subject to this Division, the Board may register as a disability student any person who is undertaking an approved program of study that is required by the Board for registration as a disability student.
(2) Registration as a disability student may be—
(a) for the entire period during which the person is enrolled in the approved program of study; or
(b) for the period starting when the person began a particular part of the approved program of study and ending when the person completes, or otherwise ceases to be enrolled in, the program.
