DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1981 - SECT 9
Revocation of proclamation etc.(1) An Order in Council made for the purposes of this Act may be amended varied or revoked by Order in Council.

(3) A proclamation made for the purposes of this Act—
(a) shall be published in the Government Gazette; and
(b) may be amended varied or revoked by proclamation published in the Government Gazette.
S. 10 repealed by No. 10002 s. 5(2)(c).
