In any Act other than this Act and in any rule regulation or by-law made under
any Act other than this Act-

   (b)  a reference to a dangerous drug within the meaning of the Poisons Act
        1958 which was by virtue of section 3(3) of the Poisons Act 1962
        deemed to have been a reference to a specified drug within the meaning
        of the Poisons Act 1962 shall, notwithstanding anything in section
        3(3) of that Act, be deemed to be a reference to a drug of dependence
        within the meaning of section 4 of this Act.
