7. Act not to derogate from provisions of certain other Acts



This Act shall be read and construed as being in aid and not in derogation of
the Health Act 1958, the Wildlife Act 1975, the
Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, the Health Professions Registration Act 2005,
Veterinary Practice Act 1997, the
Alcoholics and Drug-dependent Persons Act 1968, the
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 and the
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Victoria) Act 1994.
