DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1981 - SECT 69K
Offences relating to inspector's exercise of power(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a power under this Part.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the direction, requirement or order of an inspector.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
