Time within which information to be laid

45. Time within which information to be laid

A charge for an offence against any of the provisions of this Act or the
regulations (not being an indictable offence, whether or not that offence is
capable of being determined summarily) shall be filed within three years from
the time when the matter of the charge occurs and not afterwards.
