Authorised possession of certain poisons

38A. Authorised possession of certain poisons

A person who purchases or obtains a poison or controlled substance to which
section 38 applies and which is supplied to the person in accordance with that
section and section 40 is authorised by this Act to purchase or obtain and to
possess the poison or controlled substance so supplied.
