Record of sale of poisons

38. Record of sale of poisons

A person who sells or supplies by retail any Schedule 7 poison must keep an
accurate record of the sale or supply, setting out the following details-

   (a)  the name and address of the person who purchases or obtains the poison
        or controlled substance;

   (b)  the date of sale or supply;

   (c)  the name and quantity of the poison or controlled substance purchased
        or obtained.
