Appeals

37. Appeals



(1) Any person who feels aggrieved by any refusal of the Secretary to issue or
renew any licence or permit or by any order of the Secretary cancelling
suspending or revoking any licence or permit may appeal therefrom to the
Magistrates' Court within six months after the refusal cancellation suspension
or revocation.

(2) The Court shall entertain inquire into and decide upon the appeal and its
decision shall, save as provided by the Administrative Law Act 1978, be final
and conclusive.
