Obligations of pharmacists in relation to dispensing of drugs

36. Obligations of pharmacists in relation to dispensing of drugs

Every pharmacist who is called upon to dispense for any person greater
quantities of or more frequently than appears to be reasonably necessary any
drug of dependence Schedule 8 poison, Schedule 9 poison or Schedule 4 poison
shall forthwith report the matter to the Secretary.
