Application for permit to administer, supply or prescribe Schedule 9 poisons

33A. Application for permit to administer, supply or prescribe Schedule 9
poisons



(1) A registered medical practitioner who considers it is necessary to
administer, supply or prescribe a Schedule 9 poison to or for one of his or
her patients must apply to the Secretary for a Schedule 9 permit before
administering, supplying or prescribing the Schedule 9 poison.

(2) An application for a Schedule 9 permit must be in the prescribed form.
