Manufacture, sale and supply of poisons or controlled substances by wholesale

23. Manufacture, sale and supply of poisons or controlled substances by
wholesale



(1) A person must not manufacture and sell or supply by wholesale any poison
or controlled substance unless he or she is authorised by or licensed under
this Act to do so.

(2) A person must not sell or supply by wholesale any poison or controlled
substance unless he or she is authorised by or licensed under this Act to do
so.
