Extending, amending and revoking orders

22G. Extending, amending and revoking orders



(1) The Secretary may, by subsequent order-

   (a)  extend or further extend the period for which a public health
        emergency order is in force for a period not exceeding 6 months;

   (b)  otherwise amend or vary a public health emergency order.

(2) The Secretary may revoke a public health emergency order by subsequent
order.
