Amendment

22A. Amendment



(1) Applications for amendment of licences, permits or warrants must be
accompanied by the appropriate prescribed fee.

(2) The Secretary may, in his or her discretion, amend any particulars,
including the terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions of a licence,
permit or warrant if the amendment is-

   (a)  in the interests of health and safety; or

   (b)  in the public interest; or

   (c)  at the request of the holder of the licence, permit or warrant.
