Sub-committees

16. Sub-committees



(1) The Committee may establish any sub-committees that it thinks necessary
for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The Committee may co-opt any person with expertise in any relevant field
for the purposes of a sub-committee.





(3) A person co-opted under this section-

   (a)  may only attend meetings relating to and vote on the matters or issues
        in relation to which he or she is co-opted; and

   (b)  may be removed at any time by the Committee.

(4) A person co-opted to a sub-committee other than a person who is an
employee of the public service, is entitled to receive the fees, travelling
and other allowances from time to time fixed by the Minister.
