Vacancies

15C. Vacancies



(1) The Minister may fill a vacancy in the office of member of the Committee
however arising.

(2) An act or decision of the Committee is not invalid only because of-

   (a)  a vacancy in its membership; or

   (b)  a defect or irregularity in the appointment of any of its members.
