Status of the Poisons Code

12F. Status of the Poisons Code





(1) The Poisons Code is not a statutory rule for the purposes of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

(2) The Poisons Code is a subordinate instrument for the purposes of the
Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 except section 32 of that Act.
