Power of Authority where premises or magazine especially dangerous

33A. Power of Authority where premises or magazine especially dangerous



(1) The Authority may require a licensee to stop the use of, or to use under
conditions specified by the Authority, any premises or magazine that the
Authority considers to be especially dangerous.

(2) A licensee who contravenes or fails to comply with any requirement of the
Authority under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.

Note This section re-enacts section 18 of the Act as it was before the
commencement of section 12 of the Dangerous Goods and Equipment (Public
Safety) Acts (Amendment) Act 2005.
