Manifests

30. Manifests



(1) The occupier of licensed premises or an occupier of premises of a
prescribed class shall maintain at the licensed or prescribed class of
premises a manifest in such form and in such locations as may be prescribed.

(2) A person who keeps a manifest which is false or misleading in any
particular is guilty of an offence.
