Authority to send municipality details of dangerous goods for which a licence is issued

29. Authority to send municipality details of dangerous goods for which a
licence is issued

On the issue of a licence the Authority shall send to the council of the
municipality in which the licensed premises (not being a vehicle, ship or
boat) are situated a statement-

   (a)  of the classification of the dangerous goods to which the licence
        relates; and

   (b)  of the quantity of each class of dangerous goods referred to in
        paragraph (a) authorized by the licence to be present at the licensed
        premises.
